Y.A.V.E.

Youth Anti-Violence Education (YAVE) is a school-based, community based six to eight session curriculum designed to address the many issues in our society concerning violence affecting youth and teens today. Areas we address include domestic and dating violence, date rape and sexual violence, childhood aggression, bullying, robbery and gang violence including cultural and gender sensitivities, peer pressure and school violence. YAVE does not only discuss and analyze the “why” but we examine the rationale and motivation behind the actions of both the perpetrator and the victim.
